Ninety minutes with an instructor focused entirely on your recent trades — entries, exits, and the habits hiding in your journal.
Before the session you submit screenshots or broker exports for your last twenty trades plus your journal notes. The instructor prepares a markup deck identifying three patterns: what you execute well, what you repeat under pressure, and what you skip in your written plan but take anyway.
The meeting is direct. We do not discuss market outlook or tomorrow's levels — only whether your process matched your preparation. Most clients leave with one specific rule to test for the next two weeks.
How to prepare
- Export or screenshot 20 consecutive trades (wins and losses)
- Include entry time, stop, target, and outcome for each
- Write two sentences on your emotional state during each loss
- Arrive with questions — vague "how am I doing" requests waste the hour
