Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to training programs offered by CoreWork Price Action School. By registering and paying fees, you agree to the terms below.

1. Programs covered

This policy covers the Intraday Drill Program, Market Structure Workshop, Opening Range Practice Lab, and Private Chart Review sessions. It does not cover third-party brokerage fees, data subscriptions, or travel costs you incur to attend sessions.

2. Deposit and full payment

The Intraday Drill Program requires a 30% deposit to hold a seat. Remaining balance is due seven days before the cohort start date. Workshops, labs, and chart reviews require full payment at booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellation by participant — full refund

If you cancel more than 14 calendar days before your program start date, you receive a full refund of amounts paid minus a 200,000 VND administrative fee. Deposits are included in refundable amounts when cancellation occurs within this window.

4. Cancellation by participant — partial refund

Cancellations between 7 and 14 days before the start date receive a 50% refund of total fees paid. Cancellations fewer than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or at our discretion in documented emergencies.

5. After a program begins

Once the first session of a cohort, workshop, or lab has taken place, fees are non-refundable. If you withdraw after partial attendance, no pro-rata refund is issued because seat capacity was reserved for you.

6. Private chart review sessions

Chart review appointments cancelled more than 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled once at no charge or refunded in full minus a 100,000 VND administrative fee. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment forfeit the session fee. Three-session packages follow the same per-session cancellation rules; unused sessions expire 90 days after the first session.

7. Rescheduling

You may transfer to a later cohort or workshop date once at no charge if you notify us at least 14 days before your original start date and space is available. A second transfer request is treated as a cancellation under section 4.

8. No-shows

Missing a session without prior notice does not entitle you to a make-up drill block during the same cohort unless the instructor agrees based on availability. No-shows for private chart review forfeit the session fee.

9. Materials and work already delivered

Printed curriculum packs, journal workbooks, and debrief recordings provided before cancellation are non-refundable items. If you received physical materials, their cost (500,000 VND for optional supplement packs) may be deducted from any partial refund.

10. Cancellation by CoreWork

If we cancel a program due to insufficient enrollment or instructor illness, you receive a full refund of fees paid for that program or the option to transfer to the next available date. We are not responsible for incidental costs you may have incurred.

11. Refund process and timing

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds within Vietnam typically arrive within 3–5 additional business days depending on your bank.

12. How to request a refund or cancellation

Email info@coreworkcore.click with your full name, program name, start date, and reason for cancellation. You may also call +84283848582 during office hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ICT). Written confirmation of your cancellation and refund amount will be sent by email.

13. Exceptions

We may waive administrative fees or offer credit toward a future program in cases of documented medical emergency or bereavement. Such exceptions are evaluated individually and communicated in writing.
